Biographical Sketch

Elizabeth is a first-year graduate student in the Woodrow Wilson School. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and International Development Studies from McGill University in 2008. Elizabeth most recently worked at the Canadian Aboriginal AIDS Network, researching homophobia and sexual violence among HIV-positive Aboriginal women. She has previously conducted HIV research in Kenya with Liverpool VCT, Care and Treatment. Elizabeth's interests are in women's sexual and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, sexual and gender-based violence, forced migration, and violent conflict.
