Bio/Description

Han Choi is a recent graduate of the Global Health and Population department at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and will be starting her PhD in the Office of Population Research at Princeton University. Her research interests are in early childhood development and health and education among refugees and immigrants. Han has spent several years doing field research in the Middle East and South Asia to improve early childhood development and care in underserved communities. She incorporates both quantitative and qualitative mixed methods in her work and Han's experience in community based participatory action research allows her to promote capacity building and community engagement in her global health research.
